Portfolio - We encourage you to submit a portfolio - this will help us assess some of your potential. As an experienced worker or a recent graduate, if you don't have previous work to show that's okay!
How about cover letters, should you submit one?! Don't bother. We do not believe in cover letters. We understand that you may want to work with us because you need a paycheck (we all do!), so let's just keep it real from the start. We understand that with more or less work experience you have a lot to give, and if you join the team, it will be our first priority to make you fall in love with our internal community and our mission.
We are not a perfect team, so we will never expect perfection from you. We will expect dedication, trueness, accountability and openness to continually learn and improve with us.
