What is the language of service?


English or Portuguese (from Portugal). We believe in making things as easy as possible for our customers. That's why we offer our services in both English and Portuguese, no matter where you are located.

Our customers can choose the language they're most comfortable with. By giving you the option to select between English and Portuguese, we aim to create a personalized and stress-free experience. Whether you prefer to communicate in one language or the other, we're here to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your interactions with us.

Can your services be arranged in regions outside of Canada? Can you accommodate international bookings?


Yes, we accept international bookings and some of our services can be provided remotely.

Where is the ALEXA MOTA GROUP based?


The ALEXA MOTA GROUP is a fully remote business model. This is because in our business we work mainly on set, right next to our customers, basically we work wherever they need us. This can be on a photoshoot studio, a film set, a magazine, or the brand/company headquarters - just to name a few examples. 

Do you accept payments in different currencies?


Absolutely! We're happy to accept payments in a variety of currencies, making it easy and convenient for you to work with us. When we're discussing the details of our collaboration, we'll work with you to establish a payment method that's simple and straightforward, and tailored to your needs.
